Purpose and Effect of the Applications:
The Municipality is seeking input on a development application within 120 metres of your property. The application would consider a proposed subdivision plan (Landea Developments) that is approximately 2.91 hectares (7.19 acres), and proposes to create twenty seven (27) building lots for single detached dwellings, and two (2) blocks for medium density developments conceptually designed for three-storey (3) townhomes, with a total of 24 units divided across four (4) buildings. The proposal would also consider the establishment of two (2) new road allowances in the format of local streets, an 8.0 metre wide servicing easement for the purposes of accommodating a storm water outlet, a temporary turning circle, as well as four (4) blocks represented as a 0.3 metre (1 foot) reserve to restrict access to remnant or neighbouring lands outside of the proposed subdivision.
