Purpose and Effect of the Consent Application
The purpose and effect of this amending consent application is to convey a parcel of land to support the development of a single detached dwelling on a separate proposed parcel as shown on the attached Key Map. The proposed parcel would have a frontage of approximately 18.28 metres (60 ft) along Walnut Street and an area of approximately 1540.6 square metres (0.38 ac).
