Service Disruptions

Parks and Recreation staff will be working on a revitalization project in Granton Park over the next two months. We have $67 000 worth of work happening, of which we will be received a $25 000 federal grant and a $5000 donation from the Granton Firefighters Assoc.

Under the project we will be widening and paving the parking lot (making it accessible for all) Replacing the baseball back stop and players benches, fixing the ball lights, adding 2 new sets of bleachers, 2 new park benches, and a pitching machine, and replacing the tennis net. We are sorry for any inconvenience or added noise over this time, but we appreciate your support and understanding as we work to improve our parks and open spaces in our community. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the Manager of Parks and Recreation at jboyer@lucanbiddulph.on.ca or call 519-227-4442.

Thank you for your patience.
