Canada Post postal workers have launched a nation-wide strike as of September 25, 2025. This will impact the delivery mail to and from Lucan Biddulph residents.
- Residents are still responsible for paying their bills on time. During the strike, please do NOT send your payment thru the post office.
- The next Water Utility Bill is due October 16th, 2025.
