Paying Your Parking Ticket

• If you are paying by cheque via mail, allow sufficient time for delivery.
• Please make cheques payable to “Township of Lucan Biddulph”. Include the ticket number and your license plate in the memo line.
• Lucan Biddulph does not accept post-dated cheques.
• A NSF fee will be charged for any returned payments.

• Payment can be made at the Township Office (270 Main Street, Lucan) between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
• Debit and Credit Card payments are accepted (Parking Tickets only).
• Please make cheques payable to "The Township of Lucan Biddulph". Include the ticket number and your license plate in the memo line.

Lucan Biddulph accepts payments for parking tickets via MasterCard and Visa using a third-party service provider, Paymentus.

Paymentus charges a fee of 2.5% of the payment amount for each individual payment. The maximum amount per payment is $10,000. The fee covers payment handling and processing charges. Lucan Biddulph does not receive any part of the service fee.

Please allow at least three (3) business days for processing time to avoid late payment penalties.

To pay by credit card:

• Visit the secure Paymentus website to make your payment by credit card

What you need to have ready:

• Your parking ticket number
• Your license plate number
• The amount owing for the ticket
• Your credit card

When paying:

• You will be asked to enter the payment information including your ticket number, license plate and credit card information, and the payment amount.
• You will be asked to confirm to pay a convenience fee.
• You will be provided with a confirmation number if the transaction is successful.
