Notice of Upcoming Road Closures – Starting August 10
Please be advised of the following upcoming road closures in Lucan Biddulph beginning Monday, August 10, 2026:
Fallon Drive
Closed: Monday, August 10 at 7:00 a.m. until Tuesday, August 11 at 6:00 p.m. (weather permitting)
Location: Between Coursey Line and Saintsbury Line
Reason: Installation of a sanitary force main requiring a road cut and crossing.
The road will reopen as soon as work is complete, and an update will be provided.
Coursey Line
Tentative Closure: Monday, August 10 through Friday, August 14 (weather permitting)
Location: Between Mooresville Drive and Adare Drive
Reason: Removal and replacement of an existing culvert.
Traffic Impact: This section of Coursey Line will be closed to all local and emergency traffic for the duration of the project.
Property Access During Coursey Line Closure
Access via Adare Drive: 35317, 35326, 35338, 35351, 35403, 35418, 35458 Coursey Line
Access via Mooresville Drive: 35140, 35176, 35240 Coursey Line
