Lucan Biddulph Rolls Out a New Era of Recreation with All Wheels Skatepark Launch !
On June 25th, 2025 at 1:00pm, Mayor Cathy Burghardt-Jesson and MPP Steve Pinsonneault will be at the Optimist Elm Street Park in Lucan to celebrate their receipt of an Ontario government grant funded through the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) to officially open the new All Wheels Park in Lucan Biddulph.
