A DRAFT Site Plan Alteration By-Law has been developed to Prohibit and Regulate the Placing and Dumping of Fill, Removal of Topsoil and the Alteration of the Grade of Land in the Township of Lucan Biddulph. Due to feedback received from some members of the public, it was decided that a Public meeting will be held to facilitate further discussion about the by-law before being presented to council. As a result this By-Law will not be brought forward at the August 9th council meeting.
Date and time of this Public meeting has not yet been determined.
