The Township of Lucan Biddulph is undertaking a Master Plan for water, wastewater and stormwater servicing in the community of Lucan. This Master Plan will involve a review of the existing water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure within Lucan and an examination of potential future needs as the community continues to grow and develop. Upon completion, the Master Plan will serve as a strategic document, recommending future projects, design objectives, and providing a timeline for implementation of the identified upgrades, expansions or modifications to the infrastructure servicing Lucan.
THE MASTER PLAN PROCESS: The Servicing Master Plan is being conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA), dated October 2000, as amended in 2007, 2011, and 2015 under the Environmental Assessment Act. The Master Plan undertaken incorporate Phases 1 & 2 of the MCEA process.
