    Purpose and Effect of the Consent Application
    The purpose and effect of this application is to dispose of a dwelling deemed surplus to the farming operation. The lot to be severed would have a proposed frontage of 73.75 metres (241.96 ft) along Mitchell Line (Provincial Highway 23) and an area of 0.83 ha. (2.05 ac). The lot to be retained would have an approximate frontage of 125.34 metres (1168 ft) and an area of 31.07 hectares (76.7 ac). The subject lands contain one single unit dwelling and numerous detached accessory structures (see attached plans).
