Township staff presented a draft site alteration by-law to Council for consideration in 2022. The purpose of the proposed by-law is to prohibit and/or regulate the placing or dumping of fill, removal of topsoil and the alteration of the grade of the land in the Township of Lucan Biddulph. Representatives from the Conservation Authority will be in attendance on March 30th to present information regarding the benefits of site alteration by-laws. The proposed by-law is available on the Township’s website and an Agenda along with report for the March 30th special council meeting will be available for the public to view in advance of the meeting.
Notice is hereby given that the proposed site alteration by-law will be discussed at a Public Meeting on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
